Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

SMP Health – St. Catherine North or St. Catherine South | Fargo, ND

SMP Health is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our teams at St. Catherine North or St. Catherine South . In this role, you will provide hands-on care and support to residents while helping create a safe, comfortable, and dignified living environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Help residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Answer call lights and respond promptly to resident needs
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team
• Assist with meals, hydration, and feeding as needed
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
• Support resident comfort, dignity, independence, and quality of life
• Follow facility policies and infection control procedures

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in North Dakota, or ability to obtain certification
• Compassionate and resident-centered approach to care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, dependable, and attentive to resident needs
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required

Pay & Benefits

$22.00 – $26.00 per hour

Plus shift differential:

• $2.00/hour PM shift differential

Schedule

• Full-time and part-time opportunities available
• Day, evening, and night shifts available
• Every other weekend and every other holiday rotation
