What You'll Do Bring the Hot Dog on a Stick Experience to Life Represent the Hot Dog on a Stick brand at catering events, festivals, private parties, and community gatherings Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable guest experiences Communicate professionally and positively with clients, guests, and fellow team members Uphold our culture of being Fast, Fresh, and Friendly at every event Set the Stage for Success Help prepare and organize food truck and event stations before service begins Assist with loading, unloading, stocking, and storing inventory and supplies Ensure all products, equipment, and serving areas are event‑ready Support food preparation in the commissary kitchen and food truck Make the Magic Prepare our famous Hot Dogs on a Stick, Cheese on a Stick, French Fries, Funnel Cake Sticks, lemonade, and other menu favorites Prepare ingredients and food items for service Work closely with the Catering Manager and fellow team members to ensure food is prepared accurately and efficiently Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations Serve Guests Like a Pro Take guest orders accurately and efficiently Operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems and handle cash and credit card transactions Practice suggestive selling and upselling to enhance the guest experience Provide friendly, attentive service while maintaining speed and accuracy Keep Things Running Smoothly Maintain clean, organized workstations throughout events Clean equipment, utensils, food preparation areas, and service stations Properly store, rotate, and dispose of food products as needed Assist with post‑event breakdown, cleanup, and inventory organization What Makes a Great Catering Team Member?
