Tester

Provides frontline support for lab and client systems by managing tickets, performing basic troubleshooting, system maintenance, and supporting hardware and software deployments. Key Responsibilities Manage assigned tickets and complete tasks within SLA requirements. Perform first-level troubleshooting for hardware, operating system, and connectivity issues. Perform BIOS/IFWI re-flashing, SOC reseating, and basic maintenance activities. Install hardware, firmware, driver, and software updates. Assist with deploying new client and server systems. Configure remote access, power, and network connections. Register DHCP and static IP assignments. Test cables, patch panels, and basic network connectivity. Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams. Skill Requirements Basic PC hardware and operating system knowledge. Understanding of networking fundamentals. Compensation and Benefits A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
