The recruiter will also maintain a candidate pipeline, utilize applicant tracking systems, and ensure a positive candidate experience.Interested in learning more about this job Scroll down and find out what skills, experience and educational qualifications are needed.This role is exempt and based in Cincinnati, OH.Duties and ResponsibilitiesRecruitment ProcessManage the full recruitment lifecycle including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, stakeholder management, and offer negotiations within approved parametersDrive an efficient hiring process and maintain quality pipeline metrics while providing a positive candidate experienceExecute requisition process from initial role discussions through approvals in partnership with hiring manager and necessary stakeholdersSupport hiring managers in defining appropriate screening and interview process for each requisitionConduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fitEnsure smooth transition of candidates from recruitment pipeline through onboarding experienceCoordinate with external staffing agencies or vendors as needed for hard-to-fill or contingent rolesSupport background check process for new hires when appropriateTalent SourcingBuild and maintain relationships with passive talent communities and alumni/referral networks to support future pipeline needsProactively source candidates using various methods and research new methods for sourcing in all necessary marketsReportingMaintain awareness and understanding of recruitment metrics and KPIs with ability to speak to key metrics in own fulfillment areasEnsure appropriate, organized, and detailed candidate notes and maintain accurate data in applicant tracking systemRecord and report on candidate feedback to ensure competitive market positionAdditional ResponsibilitiesServe as a backup point of contact for colleagues' requisitions to ensure continuity of candidate experience during absences or peak volumeSupport employer branding efforts, including career site content, social media presence, and participation in job fairs or campus/community recruiting eventsParticipate in cross-functional projects (recruitment marketing, onboarding experience redesign, ATS or HRIS implementations) as assigned by TA leadership, with opportunity to take on increasing project ownership over timeQualifications2 + years of full cycle recruitment required with experience in manufacturing, food manufacturing, or similarly regulated industry strongly preferredBachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field, desiredSHRM-CP or PHR certification preferredDirect experience in sourcing entry-level to mid-senior level rolesAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet xhyhwjd deadlines in a fast-paced environmentAbility to effectively "sell" the company, culture, job opportunities, benefits, and promote employer brandStrong hiring manager influencing skills with the ability to understand the business needsExcellent relationship, organizational and time management skillsProven ability to succeed in a high-volume recruiting environmentExperience with passive sourcing using Linked-In and other candidate search enginesCompetencies/ SkillsExceptional written and verbal communication skillsTeam player with learning mindset and ability to adaptProblem solving mentality with ability to identify creative solutionsAttention to detail and strong organizational skillsHighly emotionally intelligent with demonstrated ability to create strong partnershipsBusiness-minded with understanding of how TA support overarching business needs and drive performanceSelf-motivated and independent; able to take direction and execute task with minimal oversight or follow-up
