Your Responsibilities
- Oversee Full-Cycle Searches from the initial intake to closing the deal.
- Act as a Strategic Client Partner, gaining insight into their hiring needs, challenges, and cultural dynamics.
- Source Candidates Strategically utilizing our exclusive CRM/ATS system alongside your existing network and our unique communication tools.
- Utilize Our Dynamic Platform to manage applicants, track outreach efforts, automate follow-up communications, and maintain organization.
- Focus on Permanent Placements to foster long-lasting value for clients, ensuring lucrative commissions for yourself.
- Engage in Thought Leadership as we collectively elevate both our brand and yours.

- You are comfortable navigating ATS/CRM systems (and we will provide training on ours if needed).
