BaristaWilmington Convention Hotel LLC - Wilmington, NC 28401We are currently seeking a Barista for our Bean & Gone coffee shop located inside the Embassy Suites - Hilton Wilmington Riverfront.As a Barista, you will be preparing and serving hot and cold beverages, including various types of coffee and tea.Responsibilities:Greet customers as they enterGive customers drink menus and answer their questions regarding ingredientsTake orders while paying attention to details (e.g. preferences of coffee blend, dairy and sugar ratios)Prepare beverages following recipesReceive and process payments (cash and credit cards)Keep the bar area cleanCheck if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needsComply with health and safety regulationsCommunicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu itemsQualifications:Previous work experience as a Barista or Waiter/WaitressHands-on experience with brewing equipmentFlexibility to work various shiftsAbility to gauge customers' preferencesExcellent communication skillsHigh school diploma; relevant training is a plus
