Responsibilities As a Sr. Electrical Engineer - Engineering & Automation, you’ll play a key leadership role in bringing complex, cutting-edge projects to life—from early concept and design through installation and commissioning. This is a hands-on, high-impact position for someone who thrives on solving real-world challenges and shaping innovative electrical solutions. Our projects span a wide range of exciting technologies, including custom electromechanical equipment, control panels, robotics, and vision systems. You’ll collaborate closely with a talented team of engineers and project managers, providing technical expertise, mentorship, and engineering leadership throughout the project lifecycle. This role offers variety and visibility, with work performed in the office, shop, and at customer sites as needed. Travel and overtime may be required at times, though overnight travel is typically infrequent.
