Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute menu items with precision and consistency
• Possess strong butchering skills and proficient knife skills
• Follow recipes and maintain high standards of quality and presentation
• Experience working on the hot line and grill station
• Set up, organize, clean, and sanitize workstations
• Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations
• Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to work a varied schedule
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience preferred in a full-service restaurant
• Strong butchering skills and proficient knife skills
• Ability to read and execute recipes accurately
• Experience working on the hot line and grill station
• Knowledge of setting up, organizing, and cleaning workstations
• Flexibility in work schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Food Handler Certified
• E-Verify participation. EOE, FCO compliant
