Enterprise Account Executive

The Role: Associate Account Executive (SDR) We’re on the hunt for competitive, curious, and coachable individuals who want to start their sales career on a winning team. As an Associate Account Executive (AAE), you’ll be the engine behind our outbound pipeline—identifying, connecting with, and setting high‑quality meetings for our Account Executives with potential customers across SMB, Mid‑Market, and Enterprise accounts. What You'll Do 100% net new: Drive outbound prospecting campaigns via phone, email, LinkedIn Set monthly goals of 25 total meetings (segmented by account size) 10 with SMBs 10 with Mid‑Market 5 with Enterprise Qualify prospects and schedule high‑impact sales meetings for the AE team Partner with marketing and sales leadership to optimize messaging and targeting Learn the ropes of the sales process and shadow AEs to prep for your next step 30% Travel within East Tennessee and Southern Virginia What You’ll Earn $75K-$105K base and UNCAPPED commission $1,000/month bonus for hitting your meeting targets (with at least 50% of meetings held) $500/month bonus if you hit 70% of target (also with 50% held rate) What We’re Looking For Fearless communicators with a bias for action Self‑motivated, energetic, and hungry to learn Competitive mindset—you hate losing more than you love winning Comfortable being uncomfortable and eager to grow fast Interest in a long‑term sales career and excited to level up into an AE role Why Velocity1 A year‑one plan designed to promote top performers into closing roles Award‑winning culture built on collaboration, grit, and high standards Modern tech stack and proven sales methodology Monthly team competitions, sales incentives, and career development from leaders who’ve done it before The backing of a 70+ year legacy, with the energy of a startup Additional Job Application Terms This job is part of LinkedIn’s Full‑Service Hiring beta program.
