Job Title Business Analyst- Pharma background. Exp in Basic Industrial Biotechnology. Analytical Methods and Instrumentation. Instrumental Method of Analysis Laboratory. Total Quality Management. Creativity Innovation and New Product Development. Proven delivery excellence ideally using Agile, driving SLA', KPI's, Quality Metrics. Strong leadership qualities and a passion for building high performing teams. Responsible for managing a team of engineers who will support (Level 2,3) various enterprise applications. Hands on experience in handling support teams, quality metrics creation and SLA management. Strong collaboration skills to build teams across business boundaries. The Dignify Solutions, LLC
