Business Analyst

Job Summary:

The Business Analyst III plays a pivotal role in analyzing business needs, gathering requirements, and facilitating communication between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery. This senior-level position requires advanced analytical skills, experience in process improvement, and the ability to manage complex projects. Responsibilities:

• Gather and document detailed business requirements from stakeholders.
• Analyze and translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Facilitate communication between business units and IT teams.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions.
• Support project management activities including scope definition and risk assessment.
• Conduct impact analysis and assist in change management processes.
• Validate deliverables to ensure they meet business needs and quality standards.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably at a senior level.
• Strong knowledge of business process modeling and requirements gathering techniques.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
• Proficiency in creating clear documentation and user stories.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with Agile and Scrum frameworks.

• Background in the specific industry related to the project scope.
