Job Summary: As a Consumer Promotion Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of digital coupon promotions, from planning and execution to budget actualization in collaboration with the clearinghouse. Your analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work cross-functionally will be key in driving the success of our promotional campaigns. This position reports to the Sr. Promotions Manager. Key Responsibilities: Promotion Planning: - Collaborate with the Marketing teams to develop strategic promotional plans for various products and brands.
- Identify target customer segments and develop personalized coupon strategies by retailer.
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to optimize promotional activities.
Coupon Management: - Create and manage digital coupon offers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Coordinate with design and content teams to develop compelling coupon creatives.
- Monitor coupon performance and make real-time adjustments as needed.
Execution and Coordination: - Coordinate with retail partners to ensure proper coupon activation and redemption processes.
- Monitor the performance of coupon promotions and provide regular updates to the marketing team.
- Collaborate with digital and e-commerce teams to ensure seamless integration of coupons on the company's online platforms.
Budget Actualization: - Work closely with the finance department to develop and maintain a budget for coupon promotions.
- Monitor expenses related to coupon campaigns and provide timely reports to ensure budget adherence.
- Collaborate with the clearinghouse to reconcile expenses and ensure accurate financial tracking.
Analysis and Reporting: - Collect and analyze data related to coupon performance, redemption rates, and ROI.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Identify trends and opportunities for future promotional activities.
Additional Projects: - Manage the PO process both internally and externally with vendors.
- Support with sampling and sweepstakes programs as they come up.
- Assist with licensing projects for all LOB's.
- Ad hoc projects as requested.
Required Education, Skills and Experience: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field OR 4 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
- At least 2 years of related work experience.
Desirable Education, Skills and Experience: - Experience in brand marketing, promotions, marketing agency or related roles in the consumer-packaged goods (CPG) / Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry.
- Analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), as well as knowledge of portals Numerator, Alinea, etc.
- Detail-oriented with strong project management capabilities.
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends and technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and platforms.
The salary range for this position is $64,000 - $96,000. The actual base salary offered to a candidate may vary based upon factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance. #LI-AC1 Edgewell is an equal opportunity employer.
