Project EngineerRequired Skills & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field; equivalent construction management experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. 3+ years of experience supporting construction projects, including contractor and vendor management. Experience managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, bid processes, quality control, and project documentation. Knowledge of civil infrastructure and site development projects, including grading, drainage, utilities, roadways, and related infrastructure. Experience coordinating with design consultants, contractors, and permitting authorities. Proficiency with project and construction management software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, Autodesk, or similar tools. Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and contract administration. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholder groups.Nice to Have Skills & Experience: Experience supporting data center, mission-critical, or other large-scale infrastructure developments. Knowledge of utility infrastructure including electrical, water, telecommunications, and fiber systems. Experience performing constructability reviews and due diligence evaluations. Familiarity with permitting processes and regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions. Experience preparing requests for proposals (RFPs) and supporting procurement activities. Understanding of project financial reporting, invoice review, and cost optimization efforts. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Passion for emerging infrastructure industries and staying current with engineering and construction best practices.Job Description: We are seeking a Project Engineer to support the planning, design, development, and construction of large-scale infrastructure and land development projects. Responsibilities include supporting site development activities, coordinating design reviews, managing project documentation, reviewing project costs, and assisting with permitting and construction execution.The ideal candidate has experience supporting commercial, industrial, or large-scale infrastructure projects and is comfortable managing multiple project activities simultaneously. This individual will help drive project success through strong organization, communication, problem-solving, and collaboration while contributing to project planning, contracting, quality assurance, and project closeout activities.
