WhatYouDo As an App Studio Manager, you will lead a cross-functional product team to drive the vision, strategy, and execution for an established Android app product while also identifying and pursuing opportunities for new product expansion. This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring a blend of product management, monetization strategy, user acquisition, and data analysis to maximize engagement and revenue. Additionally, you will be responsible for team management, fostering a high-performance culture, and player development to enhance user experience and retention. Defineanddriveproductvisionandroadmap –Establishlong-termstrategicgoalsforourLauncherproductwhileidentifyingopportunitiestoscaleandexpandintonewmarkets.Developandrefinemeaningfulsuccessmetricstomeasureimpact,guidedecision-making,andensuresustainedgrowth. Leadcross-functionalexecution –Manageanddevelopateamof4+acrossengineering,design,andmarketingtoexecuteonproductinitiatives,ensuringalignmentwithbusinessobjectives. Monetizationstrategy –Optimizeandexpandrevenuestreams,includingadmonetization,subscriptions,andpremiumofferingstomaximizeLTVandprofitability. Useracquisition&retention –Overseeuseracquisitionstrategiesacrossvariouspaidandorganicchannels,includedigitaladvertising,optimizingcampaignsforefficiency,scale,andlong-termengagement.Leveragedata-driveninsightstorefinetargeting,creativestrategies,andbudgetallocationformaximumimpact. Product&featureiteration –Leveragedata-driveninsightstorefinetheproductexperience,improvekeyengagementmetrics,anddrivecontinuousfeaturedevelopment.Executetheproductroadmapbyprioritizeninghancements,coordinatingcross-functionalteams,andensuringtimelydeliveryofhigh-impactfeatures. Data-drivendecisionmaking –UtilizeSQL,Excel,andanalyticstoolstouncovertrends,measureperformance,anddriveactionableinsightsthatinformstrategicdecisions. Competitiveanalysis&marketresearch –Stayaheadofindustrytrends,competitormoves,andemergingtechnologiestoidentifynewopportunitiesforgrowth. Optimizeperformance&scalability –Identifynewnetworks,trafficsources,andoperationalimprovementstoenhanceoverallproductperformanceandexpandmarketreach. Proventrackrecordindirectresponsedigitalmarketing,includingdisplaymediabuying,AdWords,nativeadvertising,andFacebookpaidads,withextensiveexperiencemanagingmobileuseracquisitioncampaignsacrossadnetworks,socialmedia,andemergingplatforms. StronganalyticalskillswithproficiencyinSQLandExceltoevaluateproductperformanceandinformdecision-making. Experiencewithproductroadmappingandlong-termstrategicplanning.
