We’re looking for someone who is driven as well as approachable, task‑oriented and willing to be held accountable. You will greet everyone who enters the studio—members, employees, vendors, visitors—in the eye, call them by name, and make time for them. You will motivate a sales team, listen to members and staff, celebrate milestones, and ensure that sales goals are surpassed.
