Party Coordinator

Job Summary The Party Coordinator is responsible for selling fun! The ideal team member will serve as the First Point of Contact for Urban Air and work with guests to design the perfect combination of food, drinks and attractions for birthday parties, church events, sports groups, corporate team building, or any other type of group. Qualifications You love working in a fast‑paced, multi‑faceted family entertainment scene. You are outgoing and personable with excellent verbal and written communication skills. You love talking to and selling value‑add to customers. All leads are responded to in a timely fashion – the same to next business day. You haven't met a goal you can't beat. You like booking sales three (3) months in advance. You excel at ensuring the customer experience is excellent. You have the ability and willingness to resolve conflict quickly and fairly. Day in the Life / Responsibilities People, got to like them; they are the most important asset. Strive for personal development and career growth. Sell the fun and work with the Park Team to deliver an excellent guest experience for all groups. There is nothing you would not do for your team. Strive for 100 % Guest Satisfaction. Sales is all about relationships; your positive energy and “You Got It” attitude should lead to repeat business and great referrals. Represent Urban Air with fun and energy when informing guests about attractions and events. Sell our amazing party packages, follow up with guests, and ensure expectations are exceeded. Collaborate with the Leadership Team to drive financial results to new heights. Keep safety first; work in a well‑maintained, safe, secure and sanitary environment. Act like you own it – complete all listed duties plus any other duties as assigned. Working Environment Non‑typical family entertainment environment with great food and thousands of visitors. Business casual dress code. Ability to work Saturday, Sunday, and/or evening shifts during the week. If this is you, apply now!
