Physician Variable Office PRN

Overview Primary Care Physician role at CenterWell Primary Care clinics, serving adult and senior patients in Apopka and surrounding offices. Reports to the Associate Medical Director. Focus on whole‑person, patient‑centered care with a team‑based model. Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive outpatient care to adult and senior patients. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation. Diagnose and manage moderately to complex medical conditions. Coordinate referrals and collaborate with specialists. Participate in clinical quality improvement projects. Work with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care. Contribute to strategic programs and innovations in care delivery. Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited medical school. Active, unrestricted medical license in the state of Florida. Board certification or board‑eligible in family medicine, internal medicine, or geriatric medicine. Experience managing chronic conditions or high‑acuity geriatric patients. Commitment to improving patient experience and outcomes. Screened for TB and willing to participate in limited on‑call coverage by phone. Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and digital documentation. Experience supervising advanced practice providers. Pay Range Estimated starting base pay for full‑time (40 hours per week) employment: $310,000 – $368,500 per year, varying with location and individual qualifications.
