Compensation Analyst

Evaluate and benchmark jobs using market pricing and compensation methodologies. Conduct salary surveys and market analysis to maintain competitive pay structures. Develop compensation recommendations for merit increases, promotions, market adjustments, and salary realignments. Support the design and administration of incentive and variable pay programs. Assist with annual compensation planning, salary budgeting, and incentive payout processes. Ensure compliance with compensation regulations, including FLSA , pay equity, and pay transparency laws. Build and maintain job architecture, including job families, job levels, salary grades, and job titles. Perform job analysis, classification, and recommend appropriate pay grades and exemption status. Advise HR and business leaders on compensation strategies and market trends. Maintain compensation data in HR systems and prepare reports, dashboards, and analytics for leadership. Conduct compensation audits to ensure fair, consistent, and equitable pay practices.
