Position Overview

Our Client is seeking an experienced and highly motivated High-Level Sales Executive with a proven background in the insurance restoration industry and an established book of business.

This is a senior-level sales opportunity for a results-driven professional who can leverage existing industry relationships, generate new business, and drive revenue growth for our client's restoration operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong network of insurance agents, insurance adjusters, property managers, commercial property owners, facility managers, and other restoration referral sources. The candidate must be able to bring existing business relationships and convert them into profitable restoration opportunities.

An established book of business and prior insurance restoration sales experience are required. This is not an entry-level sales position.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales Growth

• Leverage an established book of business and existing restoration industry relationships to generate new revenue.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, facility managers, commercial property owners, and other referral partners.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential and commercial property restoration.

• Generate qualified leads and secure new restoration projects through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and relationship management.

• Build a consistent sales pipeline and meet or exceed established revenue and business development goals.

• Expand the client's market presence and increase the volume of restoration work.

Client & Referral Relationship Management

• Maintain long-term relationships with existing referral sources and develop new strategic partnerships.

• Act as a trusted point of contact for clients and referral partners throughout the sales process.

• Conduct regular in-person meetings, networking events, and client visits to strengthen business relationships.

• Develop partnerships with insurance professionals, commercial property managers, facility managers, and other key decision-makers.

• Identify opportunities for repeat business, account growth, and cross-selling additional restoration services.

Restoration Sales & Project Development

• Promote the company's restoration and reconstruction services, including water damage, fire damage, mold remediation, storm damage, and reconstruction.

• Understand restoration processes, insurance claims, and the needs of property owners and commercial clients.

• Respond to customer inquiries and restoration opportunities in a timely and professional manner.

• Coordinate with operations, estimators, and project managers to ensure a smooth transition from sales to project execution.

• Support the development of proposals, scopes of work, and sales presentations when required.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, referral sources, and opportunities in the company's CRM.

Performance & Revenue Accountability

• Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and business development targets.

• Track and report on lead generation, closed projects, referral activity, and pipeline growth.

• Develop and execute territory and account growth strategies.

• Identify market trends and competitive opportunities within the restoration industry.

• Represent the company professionally and uphold its reputation for quality restoration services and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales or business development within the insurance restoration, mitigation, or reconstruction industry.

• Established book of business with existing relationships and referral sources in the restoration industry.

• Demonstrated success generating revenue and securing restoration projects.

• Strong relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, commercial clients, or other restoration referral partners.

• Knowledge of water damage, fire damage, mold remediation, storm damage, and reconstruction services.

• Experience with business-to-business sales, account management, and relationship development.

• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.

• Ability to work independently, manage a sales pipeline, and meet revenue targets.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits and networking activities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling restoration services to commercial property owners, facility managers, and insurance-related clients.

• Existing relationships with insurance carriers, third-party administrators, property management companies, or commercial accounts.

• Experience with CRM systems and sales pipeline management.

• Familiarity with Xactimate, insurance restoration estimating, or restoration project workflows.

• Experience selling both mitigation and reconstruction services.

• Proven history of bringing in new accounts and growing an existing book of business.
