Trauma-Informed Youth Development Associate

SBCS’s Youth Development Academy (YDA) partners with San Diego County Probation to provide evidence-informed programming to youth in custody at East Mesa Juvenile Detention Facility. This role supports assessment-driven treatment plans and collaboration with probation and service providers to guide youth in custody and post-release.
