This role supports Regional Portfolio Managers by providing hands-on community support, implementing strategic initiatives, monitoring key performance indicators, assisting with property transitions, supporting lease-up and staffing needs, preparing for audits and compliance reviews, and helping address operational challenges that impact property performance.
