The Assistant Controller partners closely with the Controller and works alongside executive leadership, including finance and operations stakeholders. This individual leads a team of accounting professionals, including staff and senior-level accountants, and collaborates cross-functionally to ensure strong internal controls, accurate reporting, and audit readiness.
