Shields Health Solutions is seeking an Ambulatory Clinical Pharmacy Specialist to join a CPA-enabled team at Providence Regional Medical Center Everett in Everett, WA. You will deliver comprehensive medication management and collaborate with care teams to optimize therapy and resolve medication-related problems. Qualifications include PharmD, WA Pharmacist license, and either PGY2 Ambulatory Care or PGY1 with ambulatory experience under a CPA, or 3+ years of ambulatory practice. #J-18808-Ljbffr Shields Health Solutions
