Technical Project Coordinator, LED Data Center, (Hybrid)in San Francisco HQ Architecture/Engineering Technical Project Coordinator, LED Data Center, (Hybrid) in San Francisco HQ We’re a San Francisco lighting design + manufacturing company built for environments that can’t go dark. We specialize in data center and mission-critical lighting — over 35 million square feet illuminated across the U.S. — and we’re the first lighting manufacturer certified by the International Data Center Authority (IDCA). We design in-house, partner tightly with manufacturing, and ship solutions that actually survive hot aisles, long runtimes, and real uptime pressure. We’re growing fast and looking for a sharp, detail-obsessed Technical Project Coordinator who wants to learn the technical side of lighting while keeping projects moving. This role reports directly to the Director of Program Management & Implementations and sits primarily at our SF headquarters (hybrid). What You’ll Actually Do Keep internal project workflows, task tracking, and documentation clean and current for the Director and the broader team Run AGi32 lighting calculations to support design intent and internal reviews Own structured digital project folders — naming conventions, version control, no chaos Track milestones, deliverables, and deadlines so nothing slips Review architectural and electrical drawings to help the team make faster, better decisions Use Revit and Bluebeam for markups, model checks, and fixture coordination Prepare submittals (cut sheets, IES files, technical packages) Dig into manufacturer data and industry resources when we need answers Support basic electrical specification checks and code-related considerations Maintain trackers, spreadsheets, and templates in the Microsoft suite Partner with Engineering, Operations, and Customer Service to knock out technical or logistical blockers Spot process friction and help tighten it This is mostly internal-facing right now. As we scale, the role can expand into more client-facing work and greater ownership. Who Thrives Here Basic familiarity with lighting, electrical, AEC, or manufacturing environments Comfortable reading architectural drawings, electrical plans, and project deliverables Working knowledge (or fast ability to get up to speed) with Revit, AGi32, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Understanding of basic electrical specs and code principles Experience (or strong interest) with lighting specifications, controls layouts, photometric files, and submittals Natural organizer who actually likes structure and accuracy High learning speed + “no job is too small” attitude Detail-oriented with strong follow-through Able to work independently and keep productivity consistent Nice-to-haves that make you stand out Prior support of program/order management or technical operations ERP/CRM exposure Deeper lighting knowledge (CCT, CRI, optics, drivers, controls) AEC workflow or manufacturing process experience Process improvement or light automation wins Curiosity about how AI can speed up documentation, calculations, or workflows Basic scripting or data skills (Power BI, Python, VBA, etc.) How We Work We value respectful communication, reliability, and accountability. We share clear updates, ask clarifying questions, and listen. We approach drawings, calculations, and documentation with care. We handle information accurately and keep what’s confidential confidential. We try to stay ahead of problems instead of reacting to them. What Success Looks Like Reliable AGi32 calcs and clean documentation Organized, current project folders with consistent structure You flag workflow improvements or time-savers You’re ready with materials before anyone has to ask You pick up new tools and concepts quickly You take feedback and stay curious about AEC + manufacturing Professional, respectful communication with every internal stakeholderPositive attitude and real willingness to support the team Tasks completed on time with minimal hand-holding Timely updates that keep the Director aligned About You You bring a positive, solution-oriented approach. You believe no job is too small when it helps the team. You know clarity beats guessing. You’re organized, detail-driven, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment. You like learning technical things. You take pride in accuracy and efficiency. You collaborate well and add the right amount of light humor to the day. 85 to 90k salary Generous healthcare (100% employee / 90% family coverage) 401(k) Unlimited PTO Genuinely good culture — hard-working people who actually enjoy the work Technical Project Coordinator, LED Data Center, (Hybrid) in San Francisco HQ We’re a San Francisco lighting design + manufacturing company built for environments that can’t go dark.
