Overview
Registered Nurse – Long-Term Care (LTC) in Brentwood, New Hampshire. This travel assignment starts on 09/08/2026 for multiple weeks. Weekly pay ranges from $2,021 to $2,199, with guaranteed 40 hours per week. Shift: 2:45 p.m. to 11:15 p.m. Setting: long-term care facility.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to residents in a long-term care setting, including routine assessments, monitoring vital signs, medication administration, and basic wound care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans; promptly report changes in resident condition.
- Document care activities in the electronic health record, ensuring accuracy, privacy, and compliance with facility policies.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments per physician orders; observe for adverse reactions and address as needed.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the care team; provide education to residents and caregivers as appropriate.
- Maintain infection control practices, safety standards, and quality of care; respond to changing clinical situations and emergencies per protocol.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in good standing to practice in New Hampshire (or eligibility to practice in NH).
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
- Education: Associate degree in nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited program.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of RN experience in long-term care or geriatric care preferred.
- Ability to work in a long-term care setting and to participate in a travel assignment; flexible to shift coverage as needed.
