Registered Nurse – Long-Term Care (LTC) in Brentwood, New Hampshire. Travel assignment begins 09/08/2026 for a duration measured in weeks, with guaranteed 40 hours per week and a night shift from 10:45 p.m. to 7:15 a.m. The role is in a long-term care setting, delivering resident-focused nursing care on a temporary, travel basis.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility policy, with accurate documentation.
- Monitor residents’ health status, identify changes, and escalate concerns to the care team promptly.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to meet residents’ physical, emotional, and social needs.
- Maintain safety, infection control, and quality standards in daily practice; respond to emergencies as needed.
- Document and communicate changes in residents’ conditions, behaviors, or care goals to shift coordinators and supervising staff.

Requirements
- Active registered nurse license in good standing (state-specific or multi-state/compact acceptable)
- Nursing degree from an approved program (RN)
- Relevant experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred
- Ability to work night shift and meet the demands of a 40-hour weekly travel assignment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills; basic computer and charting proficiency
