Job Type: Full-Time (30–40 hours/week)
Location: Hybrid — remote with required in-person training and occasional in-person meetings in the South Denver Metro Area
Pay: $21/hr + commission/bonus structure

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday
• Training hours: 9:00 AM–3:00 PM
• After training, availability until 6:00 PM is required

Position Overview:
 
Convert "just looking around" callers into loyal, recurring clients — and love doing it.

This role focuses on converting incoming leads into recurring cleaning clients while delivering an exceptional onboarding experience. You will be the first point of contact for many prospective clients, guiding them through our sales process, answering questions, providing quotes, and helping them confidently choose Castle Fresh.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys people, is confident on the phone, thinks a few steps ahead, and is motivated by performance-based incentives.

We are looking for someone who is interested in growing with our company. While the position may begin with a flexible schedule, there is potential for full-time growth as Castle Fresh continues to expand.

A Day in This Role Looks Like:

• Respond to inbound calls, texts, web inquiries, and quote requests quickly (within minutes, not hours)
• Talking potential clients through pricing, options, and booking their first cleaning 
• Handling objections with calm, genuine confidence
• Converting leads into recurring cleaning clients
• Re-engaging former clients and inactive leads
• Documenting every interaction so nothing gets lost or forgotten
• Following up on every open lead until there's a clear outcome

• Are naturally warm, talkative, and enjoy building rapport quickly
• Stay calm under pressure, even with a difficult caller or a tough objection
• Get a little competitive about hitting goals (in a good way)
• Are comfortable and confident asking for the sale
• Have a strong eye for detail and don't let things slip

Experience We Love to See:

• Inside sales, appointment setting, or call center experience
• Customer service background
• Home service industry experience (cleaning, HVAC, pest control, etc.) — big plus
• CRM experience

• Fast lead response time
• High quote-to-booking conversion rate
• Growing our recurring client base
• Clients who feel like raving fans before their first cleaning even happens
