Job Description

The Assistant Project Manager - $120M Build - Boston will:

Assist in planning and managing construction projects to ensure timely completion.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to maintain project schedules.
Monitor project budgets and report any variances to senior management.
Support in preparing project documentation, including schedules, contracts, and reports.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site.
Provide regular updates on project progress to the project manager and stakeholders.
Assist in resolving any project-related issues or challenges that arise.
Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and quality standards.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Project Manager - $120M Multifamily Build - Boston should have:

Educational background in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
Experience support multifamily and/or affordable housing construction projects.
Strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Basic knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
