Join the Department of Anesthesia at Kaweah Health and become part of a highly collaborative, forward-thinking team dedicated to clinical excellence and education. Youll work alongside 12 anesthesiologists, 20+ CRNAs , and contribute to an ACGME-accredited residency program with 16 residents .

Practice Highlights:

  Broad and diverse case mix including:
  \n General, Vascular, Orthopedic, Podiatric, Ophthalmology, GYN, ENT, Plastics, Urology, Neuro, Trauma, and OB

\n

  Blend of resident supervision and independent cases

\n

  10-hour shifts on non-call days

\n
• \n

  1 out-of-house 24-hour call/week (with resident support)

\n
• \n

  Guaranteed post-call day off

Requirements:

  ASA Board Certified or Eligible

\n
• \n

  Active California license (prior to start)

\n
• \n

  ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications

\n
• \n

  Passion for teaching and academic involvement

Compensation:

  1099 Independent Contractor

  $320/hour for OR time

Kaweah Health is seeking a skilled Cardiac Anesthesiologist to join a high-performing, multidisciplinary team in a growing cardiovascular program.

Clinical Scope:

\n

\n
• \n

  Cardiac, Thoracic, Vascular Surgery

\n
• \n

  Structural Heart & Cath Lab cases

\n
• \n

  Opportunity to support General OR cases (Ortho, GYN, Trauma, etc.)

\n
• \n

  Mix of independent practice and resident supervision

\n

\n

Schedule & Call:

\n

  8-hour guaranteed shifts (MonFri)

• \n

  Cardiac home call: ~1 weekday/week + 1 weekend/month

Qualifications:

  ABA Board Certified

• \n

  Fellowship-trained in Adult Cardiothoracic Anesthesiology

  Certified in Perioperative TEE

  Interest in teaching and mentoring residents

  $2,700/day guaranteed (8-hour shifts)

  Call pay: $850 weekday / $1,500 weekend
