Kaweah Healths Department of Anesthesia seeks an exceptional Regional Pain Anesthesiologist to join our innovative care team, performing over 1,700 regional procedures annually. You will work with a collaborative group of 10+ Anesthesiologists, 30+ CRNAs, and our ACGME-accredited Anesthesiology Residency Program with over 16 residents.

Responsibilities\n

\n
• Lead and advance Regional Pain Anesthesia services
\n
• Supervise and mentor residents, ensuring a robust educational experience
\n
• Provide anesthesia coverage in:\n
  \n
  • General, Orthopedic, Vascular, Trauma, and other surgeries
  \n
  • Labor and Delivery
  \n
\n
• Work Schedule:\n
  \n
  • 10-hour shifts on non-call days
  \n
  • One 24-hour call (out of house) per week with a post-call day off
  \n
  • Non-clinical days for core faculty responsibilities
  \n
\n

Requirements\n

\n
• Board Certified/Eligible for Anesthesia
\n
• Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
\n
• Active California medical license
\n
• Strong interest in teaching and residency education
\n

Compensation & Benefits\n

• Hourly Rate\n

  • $280/hour
  \n
  • Up to $290/hour (weekend/holiday stipends)
  \n

• Estimated Annual Compensation $690k (55 hours/Week, 6 weeks of vacation)
