This is an opportunity to shape the future of healthcare packaging, drive innovation, and influence strategic decisions across a global organization.**Remote (U.S.) | Preferred Location: Wilmington, DE** **Travel: Approximately 25-35% Global Travel**Why This Role?You'll have the opportunity to:* Lead the global growth strategy for the Healthcare segment* Shape investment decisions and long-term business priorities* Influence innovation, portfolio, and pricing strategies* Lead a global team across multiple regions* Work at the intersection of healthcare, material science, and sustainability* Drive solutions that help protect patients and healthcare professionals worldwideLocation & Travel* This position is posted as **Remote within the United States**.* **Wilmington, Delaware is the preferred location** to support leadership visibility and business collaboration.* **Approximately 25-35% global travel** is required to support customer engagement, team leadership, industry events, and business meetings.What You'll DoLead Global Growth Strategy* Own the Healthcare segment strategy, including near-term business objectives and the 5-year growth roadmap.* Identify market trends, customer needs, and new growth opportunities.* Develop strategic plans that accelerate revenue growth and market leadership.Drive Commercial Excellence* Translate customer and market insights into differentiated value propositions.* Lead commercialization efforts for new products and innovations.* Partner with Product Management on portfolio and pricing strategies.Influence Business Decisions* Guide investment priorities and resource allocation.* Provide strategic input on long-term capacity and asset planning.* Strengthen competitive intelligence and market insights.Partner Across Functions* Collaborate with Operations to ensure Healthcare GMP execution.* Partner with Sustainability and Regulatory teams on emerging industry trends.* Work with Marketing Communications to develop customer-facing campaigns and thought leadership.Lead and Develop a Global TeamThis role has responsibility for **four global direct reports**, including:* Regional Marketing Managers across the Americas, Europe, and Asia* Marketing SpecialistYou'll develop talent, build organizational capability, and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.**Reports to:** Global Business Director, Tyvek Roll GoodsWhat Success Looks LikeYou are someone who:* Turns market insights into growth strategies* Makes clear, data-driven business decisions* Builds alignment across diverse global stakeholders* Leads through influence and collaboration* Thrives in complex, fast-changing environments* Develops high-performing teamsQualificationsRequired* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Science, Engineering, or related field* 7+ years of experience in Marketing, Sales, Strategy, Product Management, or related business functions* Experience leading growth initiatives and translating strategy into execution* Strong business and financial acumen* Demonstrated ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsPreferred* MBA or advanced technical degree* Healthcare industry experience* Experience managing global teams and stakeholders* Knowledge of medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare packaging markets#LI-TG1
