You will represent customers during live calls with businesses and service providers, completing everyday tasks such as reservations, appointment scheduling, and vendor confirmations. This is an independent contractor engagement with scheduled, shift-based availability. Representatives are paid for scheduled available hours rather than for each completed call. The initial engagement is expected to last four weeks or less. Role type: Independent contractor Work arrangement: Remote Pay: $18 to $28 per hour Expected commitment: At least 20 hours per week Initial schedule: Four five-hour shifts per week, up to 20 hours weekly Weekend availability is required for a portion of the team What You’ll Do You will handle a high volume of short, consecutive calls across a variety of customer needs. The work requires accurate documentation, confidentiality, professionalism, and the ability to stay responsive throughout every scheduled shift. Place and receive calls to complete reservations, appointment scheduling, and vendor confirmations Communicate clearly with businesses and service providers to gather information and fulfill requests Navigate phone menus, hold queues, and call centers to reach the right contact Document call outcomes and important details accurately and confidentially Handle outbound calls, including cold calls, when needed Collaborate with other remote professionals to provide consistent, high-quality service Remain fully active and responsive during every scheduled shift Requirements and Preferred Qualifications This entry-level AI training opportunity is designed for professionals who bring strong customer service and appointment scheduling expertise.
