Senior Manager, Manufacturing Operations (2nd Shift)

Senior Manager overseeing manufacturing operations and supervisory team at a pharmaceutical facility. Ensures safe, compliant, and efficient execution of cGMP manufacturing while driving continuous improvement and building organizational capability.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop supervisory team while ensuring accountability and team effectiveness
- Oversee cGMP manufacturing activities including equipment operation, cleaning, and batch documentation
- Monitor compliance, batch records, and escalate operational or quality issues
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and participate in investigations and change controls
- Monitor manufacturing performance metrics and lead tiered management systems meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in scientific, technical, or engineering discipline
- 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing operations
- Direct supervisory experience in cGMP manufacturing environment
- Significant leadership experience managing supervisors and manufacturing teams
- Deep knowledge of cGMP principles and regulatory expectations
- Cell therapy and aseptic manufacturing experience
- Proficiency with event investigations, CAPA, change control, and validation
