AWS Cloud Engineer

Salary: $123,000 - 163,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• We are seeking 5+ years of experience delivering AWS cloud solutions, including cloud-native services, serverless computing, microservices architectures, and containerization.
• We need 5+ years of hands-on experience designing, building, and deploying cloud solutions on AWS, along with a recent AWS Professional-level certification or higher.
• We require 4+ years of Kubernetes experience, supported by a recent CKA certification or an equivalent credential.
• We expect experience creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, managing automation platforms, and automating software releases in DevOps environments.
• We look for strong knowledge and practical application of the six pillars of the Well-Architected Framework.
• We value proficiency working across a diverse technology landscape.
• We require effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• We will strengthen the effectiveness of our Cloud Services and Infrastructure by driving high availability, strong performance, and customer-focused support.
• We will use Infrastructure-as-Code practices to help design, build, and deploy AWS cloud applications, including large-scale data solutions and advanced analytics.
• We will support DevOps and Continuous Delivery automation by managing CI/CD platforms and code repositories, building automated pipelines for application and infrastructure provisioning, and advancing GitOps methods for declarative infrastructure.
• We will implement containerized solutions and microservices architectures using Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• We will contribute across the full cloud software engineering lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, and quality assurance, while building monitoring and analytics solutions to meet system capability and performance needs.
• We will implement security policies, monitor threats, and help ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
• We will communicate effectively across multiple teams and with vendors when needed, while applying strong critical thinking skills.
