Our firm is seeking a driven Associate Attorney to join our insurance defense team. 0-5 years’ experience. Strong Legal Writing Ability Ability to draft discovery responses, persuasive motions and correspondence with clarity and confidence. Meticulous Attention to Detail Able to spot inconsistencies, anticipate issues, and produce work that reflects the highest professional standards. Role Responsibilities Handle a diverse caseload of insurance defense and professional liability (Physicians, dentists, and lawyers) matters Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery Conduct legal research and prepare analyses Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials Collaborate closely with supervising attorneys and clients through trial and resolution.
