As an Associate on our Internet coverage team,you'll partner directly with top institutional investors and Wedbush'srenowned sales force, generate original investment ideas with genuinemarket impact, and build deep sector expertise in one of the mostdynamic corners of the market.Responsibilities Include, but not limited to:Track industry trends, news, and market-moving events across theInternet landscapeProduce differentiated research reports, including initiations ofcoverage, leveraging SEC filings, company transcripts, AI tools andproprietary data sourcesBuild and maintain detailed financial models and proprietarysector databasesExecute primary research through industry contacts, channelchecks, and expert networksGenerate and pursue original, high-conviction investment ideasPrepare compelling presentations and marketing materials forinvestor and internal meetingsEngage directly with institutional clients and Wedbush'sinstitutional sales force on research findings and inbound requestsPerform additional tasks as requiredExperience and SkillsBachelor's degree from an accredited university; Business,Finance, or quantitative discipline preferred1+ years of Equity Research experience with a demonstrated track recordWill require obtaining FINRA 87, 86 and Securities IndustryEssentials (when SIE is required) licensesDeep accounting knowledge and strong command of valuation techniquesCritical thinking and ability to synthesize complex data intoclear investment thesesExceptional written and verbal communication skills withmeticulous attention to detailStrong experience with AI tools to increase productivityAbility to perform under pressure, prioritize competing deadlines,and multi-task effectivelySelf-starter with the ability to work independentlyGenuine passion for the marketsWhat We OfferWhat Wedbush Offers YouAs part of our overall compensation package, Wedbush Securitiesoffers an array of diverse benefits to all our colleagues.
