Role:

The Head of Personal Brand and Growth serves as the primary architect of Sebastian Guerra’s digital presence. This role is responsible for driving the overarching strategic vision, shaping the core content narrative, and managing the growth engine required to elevate a personal brand within the financial services industry. By setting the tone and direction for all external communications, this position ensures that every piece of content resonates with the target audience and maintains consistency across all media channels

You will be responsible for leading a specialized team focused on creative production, video editing, marketing, and ad tech. Your primary mandate is to build and scale a high-impact personal brand on social media, utilizing video and creative content as the primary drivers for growth.

Responsibilities:

This position demands a comprehensive approach to strategy, positioning, and campaign management. The Head of Personal Brand and Growth is responsible for defining the brand’s narrative, developing multi-channel media strategies, and executing a growth roadmap that consistently expands the audience and influence of the brand. By overseeing the planning and delivery of campaigns, this role ensures that all marketing efforts are cohesive, measurable, and aligned with the high standards expected of the firm.

• Oversee strategic planning, analytics, and team performance.
• Interpret performance metrics to continually refine marketing strategies using data-driven decision-making.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to team members while maintaining accountability for output.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration to execute campaigns efficiently and achieve quality and impact benchmarks.
• Defining brand narrative, content strategy, and target audience segments.
• Media planning, multi-channel strategy, and overarching growth roadmap.
• Interpretation of performance metrics to drive marketing decisions.
• Accountability for team output, performance, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Create, manage, and optimize paid campaigns on digital ad platforms (Meta-Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
• Master social media marketing across all major platforms, executing high-engagement content strategies that increase brand visibility and audience loyalty.
• Oversee end-to-end content publishing workflows, ensuring consistent, high-quality output across all digital channels.
• Implement advanced AI and automation tools to streamline content production, improve operational efficiency, and scale marketing efforts.

Requirements:

• Must have built a personal brand resulting in leads and new business. Demonstrated track record of building and scaling a personal brand that directly drives qualified leads and revenue growth.
• 7-12+ years marketing/content/brand experience. Extensive background in developing multi-channel content strategies and executing data-driven campaigns that align with broader business goals.
• 3+ years leading a team. Proven leadership experience in managing creative talent, managing cross-functional projects, and fostering a high-performance culture.
• Proven mastery of social media marketing, including expertise in ad creation, audience targeting, and multi-platform content publishing.
• Deep proficiency in leveraging AI and marketing automation tools to optimize workflows and enhance content output.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex financial concepts into compelling digital content that resonates with target demographics.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday 9 AM to 6 PM.
• Attending Dinner Seminars (after office hours; 1 - 3 per month based on the firm's need).
• Client events (weekdays or weekend events).

All team members are expected to attend our prospecting and client events periodically. Our marketing team coordinates these events and notifies the team with ample time.

Compensation:

$130,000 - $160,000 Total Compensation (Base Salary + Performance + Incentives)
