As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal, you will welcome residents and visitors, manage access control, monitor activity, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon11:00 PM - 07:00 AMTue11:00 PM - 07:00 AMSat11:00 PM - 07:00 AMSun11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide exceptional customer service to residents, visitors, vendors, and staff while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related responsibilities at a multifamily residential location. Staff the front desk, greet and screen visitors, verify access authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor and delivery records. Monitor building access points, cameras, alarms, and communications systems, and report unusual activity or maintenance concerns according to site procedures. Respond to resident concerns, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and emergency services when needed. Maintain clear written logs and incident reports, communicate shift activity to team members, and help to deter unauthorized access through a professional front-desk presence. Minimum Requirements: Have at least 6 months of security-related experience. Customer service experience is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
