Educational Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health degree combined with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications Needed

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) is to be acquired within one year of employment.
• Maintaining current certification is mandatory throughout your tenure.
