Our client is seeking a strategic and innovative leader to drive the evolution of HR technology, digital transformation, and AI adoption across a global organization.

This role will shape and execute a forward-looking HR technology strategy, leveraging automation, analytics, and emerging technologies to enhance employee experience, improve operational effectiveness, and support business objectives. Working closely with senior leaders and cross-functional partners, you will lead transformation initiatives that position HR as a data-driven, technology-enabled function.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver HR technology, automation, and AI strategy.
\n
• Lead the transformation of HR systems (Workday), processes, and operating models.
\n
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and employee experience through technology and automation.
\n
• Drive adoption of AI and emerging technologies across HR.
\n
• Oversee HR data, reporting, and analytics capabilities.
\n
• Lead and develop a high-performing HR technology and analytics team.
\n
• Manage vendor relationships and technology implementation initiatives.
\n
• Lead change management and stakeholder engagement efforts to support successful transformation.
\n
• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and digital capability building.

Experience & Qualifications

\n

The ideal candidate will bring:

\n

\n
• Significant experience developing and leading HR technology and transformation programs in a complex organization. Experience within banking, insurance, professional services, etc. would be preferred
\n
• Expertise in HR systems, data, analytics, AI, and automation technologies. Workday experience is required
\n
• Experience driving process improvement and organizational change.
\n
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, including engagement with executive audiences.
\n
• Experience managing global teams, vendors, and strategic technology partnerships.
\n
• A passion for innovation and leveraging technology to improve business outcomes.
