This is a full-time, paid opportunity designed for individuals who want to develop their insurance sales and leadership skills while working alongside a successful Farmers Insurance Agency Owner.

You'll receive hands-on experience in sales, lead conversion, client acquisition, marketing, business development, recruiting, and agency operations — with the opportunity to transition into owning and growing your own Farmers Insurance agency.

We provide the leads, training, mentorship, licensing support, and business roadmap. You bring the drive.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Work provided leads and develop new business opportunities
• Prospect, network, and build referral relationships
• Conduct insurance reviews and identify client needs
• Present customized insurance solutions
• Build long-term relationships with clients
• Develop referral partnerships with real estate agents, mortgage professionals, auto dealers, and local businesses
• Meet and exceed sales and production goals
• Learn marketing, recruiting, leadership, and agency operations
• Prepare for the opportunity to transition from producer to agency owner
