- Connectedness, Relationships, & People: Which, for us, means building personal relationships, developing trust, really knowing the people around us, and doing the working with them to do the work of the organization collaboratively
- Communication: Which, for us, shows up as being in complete communication and saying what needs to be said in the service of vision and mission, and welcoming that communication.

In each child's ABA therapy program, our Behavior Technicians help children and teens improve their communication and language skills, teach them to socialize and play, help them gain greater levels of independence, and assist them as they develop the skills they need to determine and shape their own futures.
By providing high quality ABA therapy services, our Behavior Technicians help clients learn skills that put them on a path toward living fuller and more engaging lives. Our Behavior Technicians work directly with our clients and receive close and supportive supervision and mentorship from the area's most skilled and most experienced Licensed Behavior Analysts.
