A company is looking for a Secondary Marketing Analyst. Key Responsibilities Oversee pricing, locking, hedging, and sale of mortgage loans in the secondary market Manage pipeline risk and ensure compliance with investor guidelines Perform data analysis and reporting to maximize profitability and streamline operations Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field 2+ years of experience in mortgage banking, capital markets, or secondary marketing Understanding of mortgage secondary markets and loan sale processes Experience with pricing engines such as Optimal Blue and Encompass LOS Lock desk lead or management experience preferred
