Project Administrator

We\'re working with a growing construction company seeking a Project Administrator to support their project team in Coral Gables, FL . This is a great opportunity for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. While construction experience is a plus, our client is primarily looking for someone with strong organizational skills, basic accounting knowledge, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Responsibilities Support Project Managers with day-to-day project administration. Maintain project documentation, reports, and spreadsheets. Assist with invoices, purchase orders, and project cost tracking. Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams. Manage multiple priorities while ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Qualifications Project administration or administrative support experience. Basic accounting knowledge. Excellent organization and attention to detail. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, initiative, and problem-solving skills. Dependable, accountable, and eager to learn.
