Greets each customer with a smile and a word of welcome or departure. Maintain a clean and safe environment for customers. Serve customers according to all company procedures and standards. Cooperate with peers – work with fellow employees as part of a team and help others when they need a hand. Demonstrate a positive and enthusiastic attitude with co‑workers. Help new employees through training and orientation. Show patience and understanding when training others. Keep other employees informed about what you are doing. Be personally reliable and attend as scheduled, on time, in uniform and ready to begin tasks. Provide appropriate notice when unable to be at work. Provide written notice for being late or absent as required. Use approved time‑keeping system. Cooperate with management – be open and receptive to requests, demonstrate flexibility and dependability. Demonstrate a positive and enthusiastic attitude with management. Adjust positively to requests for change from managers. Accept procedural changes positively and without loss of effectiveness. Alert management to station needs.
