Content Creator

We are recruiting for a Content Creator on behalf of one of our clients. Role and Responsibilities We’re looking to bring on a Founding Content Creator who can become a new face of the company and to help us tell the team’s story through our performance marketing ads. This role sits at the intersection of storytelling and performance marketing—writing scripts for video concepts, filming/starring in the ads, editing, and analyzing creative performance. You’ll work closely with the VP Growth to align on strategy and marketing angles to produce content and potentially share with other UGC creators and affiliate networks. This is a strategic and on-camera role where you are end-to-end in content production and representing the brand. What you'll do Create content end to end in-house, including filming and/or appearing in UGC-style content when needed Partner closely with the VP of Growth to identify and prioritize creative angles and marketing bets to test Concept and script ads that are direct response and conversion-oriented for Meta Research and track formats, hooks, and angles, both from our own performance data and from winning ads at reference and competitor brands, to keep a steady pipeline of new ideas Collaborate with creators and editors throughout production to make sure the finished ad matches the intent of the script Review ad performance (CPA, CTR, hook rate, ROAS, and similar) alongside the growth team and use those learnings to inform the next round of scripts and angles Stay on top of creative trends across Meta, TikTok, and Amazon to keep our ads ahead of the market Leverage AI to scale scriptwriting and static ad development What you'll bring Ability to create content end to end, including on-camera or hands-on production work 3+ years of experience in content creation, creative strategy, or performance creative for DTC/ecommerce brands or agencies Strong grasp of problem-solution and direct-response ad frameworks Comfort working with performance data (CPA, ROAS, CTR, hook/hold rate) to inform creative decisions Experience researching and identifying winning ad angles and formats from other brands (swipe files, ad libraries, and similar) A collaborative mindset and excitement working with a small, scrappy, hardworking team (Bonus) You have an existing platform that you can leverage for partnership/sponsored ads Practicalities Employment type: Full time Location: We primarily work in person in our office is Santa Monica #J-18808-Ljbffr ADDA Talent Solutions
