Creative Services Project Manager

Leading creative teams remotely, the full-time salaried Creative Services Project Manager will oversee the planning, prioritization, and delivery of artistic assets while optimizing workflows and fostering collaboration across departments. Key Responsibilities Coordinate the intake, prioritization, and scheduling of creative asset requests across teams Act as the bridge between creative, production, marketing, and external partners to ensure timely delivery of assets Develop and refine creative processes and tools to enhance workflow efficiency and remove blockers Required Qualifications 4-6+ years of experience in creative operations, project/production management, or related roles within games or entertainment Deep understanding of creative workflows across disciplines like concept art, design, and marketing Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Notion, Jira) and creative software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities across different projects Empathetic communicator who can advocate for creative teams while managing expectations
