Creative Project Manager - Remote

We are currently seeking a Creative Project Manager for a prominent client of ours. This position is fully remote. Job Description: Pay: $60 – 65.52/hr (W2) 7-month assignment with potential to extend based on performance and business need 100% remote role, anywhere within the continental U.S. You will support Brand & Creative Operations across marketing initiatives, integrated campaigns, and creative production workflows Manage timelines, workflows, asset trackers, status updates, and stakeholder communication across multiple concurrent projects Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between Brand & Creative, Marketing, Production, Co-Marketing teams, and external partners Oversee digital asset production across channels including OLV, social, digital, email, and in-app Support project intake, scoping, prioritization, resourcing, and delivery from kickoff through launch Conduct QA reviews to ensure assets align with brand standards and are delivered accurately and on time Identify project risks, remove blockers, and support process improvement initiatives within creative operations Leverage PM and collaboration tools such as Monday.com, Figma, and similar platforms to streamline workflows Qualifications: 4 – 6+ years of creative project management, creative operations, production, or marketing operations experience Experience within an in-house creative team and/or creative agency environment required Experience managing multiple projects and timelines simultaneously across cross-functional teams Background supporting integrated campaigns and high-volume digital asset production across social, video, digital, email, and in-app channels Experience with PM and collaboration tools such as Monday.com, Figma, or similar platforms Strong communication, organization, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills Experience supporting creative workflows, approvals, routing, and production processes Referral Bonus for any candidate hired. #J-18808-Ljbffr The Fountain Group
