## Sports & Recreation CoordinatorApplylocations: Morrisville, NCtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: 26-1467**Job Summary:**As a Sports & Recreation Coordinator, you will support the planning and execution of leagues, events, and on-campus sports facilities. In this role, you will foster community engagement, assist with daily operations, and help create memorable experiences while ensuring user satisfaction.**Responsibilities:*** Assist with the daily operations of the Sports & Recreation department, ensuring smooth and efficient program delivery.* Promote programs, leagues, and events through appropriate communication channels to drive participation and engagement* Organize and coordinate leagues, tournaments, and events, contributing to a high standard of user satisfaction.* Coordinate with internal departments, client contacts, vendors, and community partners as needed to support programs and events.* Manage and update field schedules, monitor facility usage, and facilitate roster signups.* Track and maintain sports equipment and facilities to ensure they are in excellent condition.* Provide exceptional customer service through positive, daily interactions with users to enhance their experiences.* Align program activities with client goals and departmental strategies to support success.* Collect user feedback, monitor program participation, and assist in implementing improvements.* Follow established safety, risk management, and facility policies, and appropriately document and report incidents or concerns* Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.**Qualifications:*** A Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Recreation, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience may be considered in place of formal education.* Current CPR/AED/First Aid Certifications* 1+ years of experience in sports management, recreation operations, intramural activities, or customer service (internships included).* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or equivalent tools.* Enthusiasm for sports and recreation, with a passion for fostering community and delivering outstanding user experiences.* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an outgoing personality and a focus on customer service excellence.* Organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.**WHO WE ARE**For nearly 30 years, Exos has been dedicated to getting people ready for the moments that matter by promoting a holistic approach to health.
