Job Title: Travel RN - Cardiovascular Prep and Recovery Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 06:00 - 18:30 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 1 year License: Current RN License Certifications: ACLS and BLS required Must-Have: Experience handling groin and wrist access sites Description: This position involves cardiovascular prep and recovery in an outpatient procedural area. The schedule consists of 12-hour shifts from 06:00 to 18:30, Monday through Friday. There are no weekend shifts, holidays, or call required. The candidate should be comfortable assessing and monitoring groin and wrist access sites. Primary duties include admitting patients for catheterization and electrophysiology lab procedures, which entails obtaining medical history and starting IVs. The RN will also be responsible for recovering patients post-moderate sedation and monitoring access sites. Candidates must possess ACLS and BLS certifications.
